The MBUS 3 (Magpul Back-Up Sight) is a low-cost, injection-molded, folding back-up sight. It is a further evolution of the original MBUS and MBUS Pro back-up sight system.
The new iteration is manufactured from impact-resistant polymer, making it lightweight and durable at the same time. It is reduced in size but does not mitigate the performance of the previous versions.
The MBUS Rear Sight is adjustable for windage. It fits most MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny-railed hand guards but is specifically tailored to the AR15/M16 platform. The product features a rapid-select, two-size aperture system engaging targets at close and longer ranges.
