Thanks to the sealed construction and IPX7 rating, TLR-3 is waterproof to 1m for 30 minutes and impact resistant. The installed BOROFLOAT® temperature-resistant lens is layered in a scratch-resistant multi-coating that further enhances the light transmission. The lens is furtherly secured in place by a shock-resistant aluminum face cap. White LED emits a 170lm/3300-candela beam with a range of 115m and 1 hour of runtime. One CR2 lithium battery provides power for the flashlight. An ambidextrous, multifunctional lever switch is available for easy operation.
